Everything you need to register your school for competition — fee, timeline, and the three steps that follow.

Before you register
Does your school have a club?
Every team in UHSPA must represent a High School that has already formed a pickleball club. If your school does not have a club yet, start there first — then come back to register for the league.
Registration is easy

School registration for our 2026–2027 season will be live on September 1, 2026 and closes on September 30, 2026.
Team Fee
$2,000
Per school
Fee Includes
- Administration costs to run the UHSPA program including staff, coaches, and referees
- Team uniforms for players and coach in school colors with High School name and logo
- Weekly practice time at a local indoor facility for the duration of the season
- Seven weekly meets
- Regional championship and a State team championship for those who qualify
- Five Individual State Championships
- Trophies and medals at State Championships
- 50 balls (schools will be responsible for taking balls to the meets)
- 5 new paddles to each returning High School
- 20 new paddles to each new High School
- 1 portable net to each new High School
- Pickleball court line painting at your High School (outdoor or indoor)

Three steps to season ready
Complete these once registration is done

Order School Shirts
Order team shirts from the UHSPA collection at Dink Dink Smash. Know the sizes you need in both male and female styles before you order. Returning schools must order the exact same color.
Returning schools receive 6 free shirts (coach must have a shirt; the rest for new players). New schools receive 9 free shirts (8 for players, 1 for coach/advisor). Anyone may order more for an additional charge.
Work directly with Marlo Dwelle at Dink Dink Smash for extras (dinkdinksmash@outlook.com). New schools should also email her the school logo.
If you register between Sep 16–Oct 1, we cannot guarantee shirts for the first meet.

Download Pickleball Manager
Every player and adult advisor must download the Pickleball Manager app on their phone. You can also make an account on desktop.
Students cannot compete until these steps are complete — treat this as required before the first meet.

Build Your School Team
Roster due Oct 15
Get your school teams together — a minimum of 4 male and 4 female players with an adult advisor.
You do not need the same players each week. Rotate players from your club as needed. The advisor/coach chooses who plays any given week. All players must reside in the High School boundary.
Deadline
Rosters of players in your club (name, male/female, address, phone) must be submitted before October 15th.
Photo release
Students and parents submitted to rosters agree that their photo may be used by UHSPA for social media, webpage, or other publicity.
